# Creator Settlement Policy

### 1. Settlement Policy

Creator settlements on MIRAI are based on accumulated incentives.\
Settlement methods are divided into two types:

1. **USD Exchange Settlement** (Planned)
2. **Mir Conversion Settlement** (Currently available)

#### 1.1 Eligible Settlement Items

**Eligible for Settlement**

* Paid currency used by users during content chats

**Not Eligible for Settlement**

* Free Mir (attendance rewards, events, promotions, etc.)
* Traffic generated by the creator’s own accounts
* Abusive, automated (macro), or fraudulent usage
* Chats invalidated due to policy violations

#### 1.2 Settlement Criteria (Common)

* **Tracking:** Real-time
* **Eligibility:** Creators with **Rookie level or higher**
* **Expiration:** Incentives expire 365 days after accumulation
* **Fees / VAT:** Applied according to internal policies

#### 1.3 Mir Conversion Settlement (Available)

* **Method:** Incentives → Mir (in-service currency)
* **Conversion Rate:** Determined by operational policy
* **Minimum Conversion Amount:** 100 Mir
* **Usage Scope:** In-service content usage only

#### 1.4 USD Exchange Settlement (Planned)

* **Method:** Incentives → USD exchange
* **Exchange Rate:** To be announced
* **Minimum Settlement Amount:** To be announced
* **Payout Timing:** Scheduled for the following month

#### 1.5 Settlement Application Requirements

* Available to creators with Rookie level or higher
* Eligible creators are promoted immediately and can apply without delay

### 2. Creator Tier Policy

#### Tier Criteria and Settlement Rates

* Tier requirements and settlement rates are defined separately

#### Additional Policies

* Tier upgrades are applied **immediately upon meeting the requirements**
* If fraudulent activity is detected, the creator’s tier may be **reset immediately**

### 3. Creator Activity Policy

Creators must comply with the following:

* Content quality and sensitivity guidelines
* Reporting and enforcement actions
* Copyright and licensing requirements

If abuse, plagiarism, or fraudulent traffic is detected, **settlement eligibility and tier status may be restricted**.

### 4. Content Operations Policy

* Content approval is subject to internal review and sensitivity rules
* If content is removed due to policy violations, **previously accumulated settlement amounts may be forfeited**
