We strictly prohibit any content that exploits or endangers minors, as detailed in our Content Creation Policy. This includes any attempt to generate content that depicts or resembles minors in a harmful or sexual manner.

#### 4. Content Moderation and Review

We prioritize the safety and integrity of our community. While your interactions with AI Companions are generally private, we have implemented an automated content moderation filter (based on our proprietary technology) to ensure compliance with our policies, especially the Content Creation Policy.

If this automated filter detects content that may violate our terms, we reserve the right to manually review the flagged content. This review is conducted to maintain a respectful and secure environment. This measure is necessary to balance user privacy with our community standards and legal obligations.

#### 5. Enforcement, Removal, and Termination

* Content Removal: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any user content that we believe violates this policy or our Terms of Service.
* Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account suspected of engaging in activities that infringe upon this policy, without notice.
